Last week we spent an afternoon at Pineview in Huntsville with the fabulous Rocky & Steph. The following were my favorite highlights of the day:
- Lauren loved to sit in the front of the boat and yell to Rocky, "Go Faster 'Wockie'!
- Edie's theme in life should be, "I feel the need, the need for speed." Seriously. This girl loves to go fast ON the water, but does not like to get IN the water. Go figure?
- We tried out surfing behind the boat. Very fun. I am proud to report that it took Adam SIX tries to get up on the board, and me only TWO! Ha!
- Audrey loves to tube with her mom, and her dad, and both of us at the same time. But, she didn't like tubing with Rocky and Adam. They were too much for her.
- I LOVE it when you are riding in the boat, really fast, and the boat hits those waves, you know THOSE waves, and there's that moment where the front of the boat is falling and your stomach drops just before the boat hits the water. You know that feeling? Ya, I love that feeling. And so did my girls.
