I'm grateful that there is such a thing as a pumpkin today.
Because of pumpkins,
and dare I say FALL,we get to do this each October...
Thank you pumpkins,
for being plump,
beautifully orange (or green, or white, or all three),
and really quite tasty in a plethora of recipes.
